Chicken Tenders Platter

Fresh, never frozen, all white meat chicken breast, lightly breaded and fried. Served with OC barbecue sauces.

Small Platter serves 10 people (add $30)

Large Platter serves 40 people (add $95)

Wire Rack Chafing Pack

Keep one Full Pan or two Half Pans of food hot for two hours of buffet service. Includes wire rack, water pan, shallow holding pan and 2 chafing fuels. ($15 each)

Heavy duty three compartment paper plates, forks, knives, napkins and wetnaps.

Four barbecue sauces served from pumps. Original Classic (Sweet), Piedmont No. 5 (Tangy), Original Gold (Golden BBQ), Screamin’ Beaver (Hot)

Our Sauces

Piedmont No. 5

Our signature sauce! A tangy blend of tomato and vinegar based sauces. Used by many cooks in the piedmont of North Carolina to appease the tastes of both sides of the state. It is great on any of our meats.

Original Classic

Most find this sauce a mild blend of sweet and smoky flavors with a hint of honey. Originating in western North Carolina, this tomato-based sauce is also favored in regions outside the Carolinas, such as Memphis, St. Louis, Chicago and Texas. Use this "traditional" sauce on any of our meats.

Coastal Carolina

This is a sweet vinegar and pepper-based sauce favored along the eastern coastal plains of North Carolina. While not consistent enough for most rib lovers outside the region, it is great on pulled pork sandwiches.

Original Gold

A flavorful mustard-based yellow sauce served predominately in South Carolina (and parts of Georgia, too.) While unfamiliar to many parts of the country, this sauce is great on all of our meats, and a good dipping sauce for hush puppies.

Screamin' Beaver

Be careful. This sauce sneaks up on you. You'll first enjoy the taste and then it hits you. Wow! However, if it's still not hot enough for your taste buds, ask for a bottle of our Worst Case Scenario.

How We Do It

We cook all day and all night to make sure we have the finest barbecue you'll ever have. Just like the bbq joints you'll find in road-side shacks throughout North and South Carolina, our meat is dry rubbed and slow smoked by a certified pit boss. And our five different sauces are served on the side because we have nothing to hide.

What is the Smoke Ring?

Is that meat done? Not to worry. The pink color of our meats is a natural result of the slow smoking process. Note how the center of the pork/chicken is thoroughly cooked. The outer meat turns pink where the smoke flavor has penetrated. The deeper the ring, the heavier the smoke flavor.
