MINIMUM LEAD TIME
In order to provide you with sufficient time to promote your event, requests must be received 4 weeks prior to the requested fundraiser date. We host in-store fundraisers weeknights from 5-9pm.
Old Carolina will donate 25% of all sales generated by your supporters during your scheduled event date and time (Excludes daily special, tax, comps or gift cards.)
*Minimum $100 donation ($200 food and beverage sales).
WE WANT YOU TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL EVENT
Once your event is scheduled, Old Carolina will send a confirmation e-mail along with a flyer to promote your fundraiser. Below are some ideas on how to begin spreading the word.
- Post the flyer on your organization’s website and social media pages
- Print copies of the flyer and distribute them to your supporters and their friends and families
- Reach out to group leaders and get them excited and focused on spreading the word
- Provide frequent reminders

ADDITIONAL FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
If your organization is not able to support a Fundraiser Event, Old Carolina may recommend smaller partnership opportunities in the form of raffle or auction prizes and in-kind donations.
