Carolina Q has a rich tradition, and at Old Carolina Barbecue we’re determined to be worthy of the craft. Authentic flavor can’t be rushed, so we cook low and slow on-site, all night, every night in smokers for up to 14 hours using real hickory wood. In addition to classic Carolina pulled pork, we rounded out our menu with Texas beef brisket and St. Louis-style ribs.
It’s all served in a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere inspired by the roadside BBQ shacks found throughout the Carolinas. All our meats are served hot and fresh along with five unique sauces and tempting homestyle sides. Heck, you can even get a glass of Cheerwine, Carolina’s favorite soft drink, to wash it all down. At Old Carolina it’s nothing fancy, but it’s ‘cue done right.
