How far in advance should I book my BBQ catering?
The earlier the better to confirm our availability. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for most full-service events and 4-6 weeks for weddings and large gatherings. We’d appreciate 24-48 hours for pick-up catering and small catering deliveries. That said, reach out even if your event is soon — you would be surprised how quickly we can accommodate last-minute requests and still execute a flawless event!
What is the minimum group size for catering?
Typically, we cater for groups of 10 or more. Our packages are designed to scale seamlessly up to 5,000+ guests depending on the event format.
Do you cater outside of Northeast Ohio and Altoona, PA?
Yes, we are able to travel depending on the size of the event and our availability. Please reach out to our catering concierge to discuss your specific location.
What meats and sides do you offer for catering?
We offer our authentic slow-smoked pulled pork, beef brisket, smoked turkey, St. Louis ribs, and bone-in chicken. Sides include our award-winning mac & cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, green beans, and more.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes! Our meats are naturally gluten-free (without buns/sauces), and we have several vegetarian-friendly side options. Please let our concierge know about any specific allergies so we can plan accordingly.
What's the difference between Full Service and Delivery & Setup?
With Delivery & Setup, we bring the food to your venue and set up a beautiful buffet line in disposable chafers, then depart. With Full Service, our friendly team stays on-site to maintain the buffet, serve guests if needed, and clean up the serving area afterward.
